Description
The IT Support Technician provides software and network support, end-user training, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance of IT systems. Responsibilities include diagnosing hardware and software problems, installing and configuring computers and telephones, repairing devices, troubleshooting printers and scanners, documenting help-desk requests, and maintaining equipment inventory. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent with additional schooling or training, 2–3 years of relevant experience or training, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
