Description
The IT Support Technician will provide technical support to users, administer accounts, permissions, and devices, troubleshoot client, mobile, and cloud environments, maintain workstations, and contribute to IT processes and security. The role is full-time in Gävle, initially employed through The Place for six months as a consultant, with possible transfer to permanent employment with the client. Candidates should have relevant IT education or equivalent experience, IT support and user-assistance experience, strong technical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Swedish and English.
