The employer is hiring a full-time IT Support Technician in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, working onsite Monday through Friday. The role provides first-level hardware, software, email, printer, VPN, and network support; responds to helpdesk tickets; manages user accounts and devices; supports onboarding and offboarding; installs and maintains computers and peripherals; escalates complex issues; maintains IT records; and assists with system upgrades and deployments. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field, 1–2 years of IT support or helpdesk experience, and knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, networking, remote support, and endpoint security.
