This role involves providing comprehensive technical support, managing device lifecycles, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and implementing network infrastructure. The technician will collaborate with the global IT team, handle employee onboarding/offboarding, and utilize various SaaS tools and scripting languages for automation. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English, and familiarity with macOS/Windows systems.
