Description
The IT Support Technician provides technical assistance, training, troubleshooting, hardware and software support, user documentation, security administration, asset control, and customer service for Nevada Health Centers. The role may be performed at health center locations and requires a high school diploma or equivalent with two years of hardware/software support experience, an associate degree in a related field, or a bachelor's degree in a related field; networking and server management experience are also desired.
