HELPLINE is hiring an IT Support Technician (M/F) for a client's IT team in Fougères, France. The role provides local user support, manages incidents and requests in GLPI, assists with office and collaboration tools, supports telephony and mobility, images workstations, manages printing and peripherals, and ensures a high-quality user experience. The position requires initial experience in user support, helpdesk, or local support, along with strong interpersonal and organizational skills. It is a permanent contract with gross annual compensation of €23,000 to €25,000, plus meal, health insurance, transportation, and other benefits.
