MGI International, LLC is hiring a remote IT Support Technician II to support and administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, SharePoint, Windows workstations, mobile devices, VPN connectivity, and end-user help desk operations. The role owns onboarding and offboarding, hardware deployment, access management, documentation, and security and compliance initiatives, and requires 2–5 years of relevant IT systems administration or Microsoft 365 experience. The position offers a salary range of $70,000–$80,000 and prefers East Coast hours.
