Description
The IT Systems Administrator maintains, configures, and supports on-premise and cloud-based computer systems, SaaS platforms, information security, and networks. The role administers Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, backup and disaster recovery, endpoint protection, patch management, user access, and IT projects, while providing Tier 2/3 technical support and collaborating with internal teams and vendors. It requires a high school diploma, at least three years of systems administration or similar IT infrastructure experience, strong Microsoft 365 and networking knowledge, and the ability to work in a traditional office environment with some travel.
