The employer is hiring an IT System Administrator to manage and develop the company’s IT infrastructure and own IT projects. The role includes support for national and international locations, virtual server administration with VMware and Hyper-V, Microsoft identity and directory services, backup monitoring, 3CX support, documentation, and first- and second-level technical support. Candidates need IT training or comparable qualification, Windows Server and Microsoft-environment experience, knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Exchange Online, VMware or Hyper-V experience, and very good German plus good English skills.
