Description
Surecomp is seeking an IT System Administrator to join its global IT operations team. The role combines end-user and IT support with on-site infrastructure management, including desktop and mobile troubleshooting, Windows/Linux and Office 365 support, Okta identity management, server and virtualization administration, backup and recovery, endpoint security, and network troubleshooting. The position follows a global follow-the-sun model, uses JIRA for ticketing, and requires English and German communication skills along with knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Windows Server, VMware, and networking fundamentals.
