The employer is hiring an IT System Administrator to support and maintain Windows workstations, mobile devices, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, telephony, network infrastructure, and related IT support processes. The role includes first- and second-level user support, device onboarding, incident resolution, documentation, process optimization, and participation in IT rollouts and standardization projects. Candidates should have an IT specialist qualification or comparable training, initial to several years of IT support or client-system administration experience, strong Windows and network knowledge, and very good German skills.
