Description
The IT System Engineer will support the Terminal Services department serving the German Armed Forces by operating, stabilizing, optimizing, and developing the Citrix ADC platform. Responsibilities include load balancing, GSLB, gateway, AAA, SSL/TLS administration; 2nd- and 3rd-level incident resolution; change, release, configuration, and documentation management; partial project work; on-call standby; and on-site data-center configurations. The role is 75% remote in Munich and requires a bachelor’s degree or recognized vocational training, ITIL Foundation certification, extensive Citrix ADC and complex-support experience, automation experience, and strong German and English language skills.
