Description
The employer is seeking an IT System Engineer to support and develop a hybrid Microsoft IT infrastructure, including cloud and on-premises solutions, Microsoft 365 services, identity and endpoint management, backups, networks, storage, security, virtualized servers, and infrastructure projects. The role also includes second-level incident resolution, coordination with external IT partners, and procurement and licensing support. Candidates need IT training or a comparable qualification, several years of Windows infrastructure experience, Microsoft cloud and identity knowledge, secure-environment experience, virtualization and backup experience, scripting and ticketing knowledge, and strong communication skills.
