Description
The IT System Technician supports microCAT GmbH’s customers by maintaining and troubleshooting servers, storage systems, PCs, notebooks, point-of-sale systems, printers, and other peripherals. The role includes IMAC/D services, rollout and migration projects, end-user support, and training. Candidates need IT-related training or professional experience, hardware and Microsoft knowledge, network and client/server familiarity, German and English communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.
