Description
The IT Systems Administrator will install, configure, maintain, secure, and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, including Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, networks, virtualization, backups, and enterprise applications. The role provides Tier II and Tier III technical support, manages user access and onboarding, monitors system and network health, responds to security incidents, and maintains compliance documentation. It requires a degree in a related field or equivalent experience, 3–5 years of systems administration experience, and expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, virtualization, PowerShell, and security operations.
