Description
Bechtle is hiring an IT Systems Administrator for its IT system house in Westfalen-Niederrhein. The role serves as the first technical contact for customers, supports IT infrastructure operations, plans and executes changes and maintenance, administers servers, storage, virtualization, backup, network, and security systems, analyzes incidents, and takes technical responsibility for defined customer environments after onboarding. The position requires completed IT specialist training, at least five years of professional experience operating complex IT infrastructures, extensive hands-on experience with virtualization, compute, storage, backup, networking, and firewalls, and knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Entra ID. Work locations include Dortmund, Düsseldorf, Münster, Siegen, and Meschede.
