Description
The role manages and develops a Microsoft client/server environment, supports network infrastructure, implements IT projects, provides first- and second-level end-user support, troubleshoots systems, sets up workstations, manages security and software updates, and documents IT systems and processes. It requires IT specialist training or a comparable qualification, knowledge of virtualization and LAN/WAN infrastructure, and familiarity with Windows and Linux server and client operating systems.
