Description
The IT Systems Administrator will plan, install, and administer IT infrastructure, manage customer IT environments, provide first- and second-level support, configure firewalls and backup solutions, perform system and software updates, document service processes, and provide technical consulting. The role requires training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or a comparable qualification, knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, networking, and virtualization, customer-facing experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.
