Description
The role involves administering, migrating, and maintaining Windows client and server systems; resolving IT issues; documenting tickets; providing on-site and remote end-user support; installing and commissioning PCs and servers; configuring networks, internet access, and VPNs; analyzing requirements; consulting with customers; and contributing to IT projects. Candidates should have IT expertise, vocational training or comparable knowledge, system-administration experience, knowledge of Windows, virtualization, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, backup solutions, and networks, along with a driver’s license and excellent German language skills.
