The role covers troubleshooting Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365 Business Central environments; managing user access and permissions; supporting ERP operations and Power BI reporting; analyzing data for controlling; improving business processes; and developing AI agents. The position requires a business engineering or comparable qualification, practical IT administration and support experience, strong Windows and IT-security knowledge, data-analysis skills, and very good German skills.
