Description
The role is responsible for operating-system deployment, client administration, task sequences, drivers, applications, updates, patch management, software distribution, and mobile device management for iOS and Android using Microsoft Intune. It also provides second- and third-level support for Windows systems and hardware, plans and procures IT hardware, and develops PowerShell scripts to automate and optimize operational IT infrastructure. The position requires a computer science degree or comparable qualification, relevant experience administering clients or end-user computing for more than 1,000 users, and strong knowledge of software distribution, Active Directory, Intune, and Windows rollouts.
