Description
The role manages the company’s IT system landscape and applications, provides first- and second-level technical support and user training, installs and configures operating systems and specialized applications, administers servers and hardware, manages networks, monitors systems, resolves faults, and handles data protection and access security. The position requires IT training or a comparable qualification, practical professional experience, strong Microsoft Office and Microsoft Server knowledge, very good German, and the ability to solve technical problems.
