Description
PSI is hiring a full-time IT Systems Administrator to provide daily technical support, troubleshoot desktop systems and peripherals, manage IT support requests, install and maintain hardware and software, manage desktop assets, document resolutions, and assist with basic IT training. The role requires a college degree preferably in Computer Science or a related field, at least one year of IT experience, English proficiency, systems and network administration experience, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
