Description
The role keeps a manufacturing plant's IT infrastructure running around the clock by administering Windows and Linux servers, workstations, and endpoints; managing identity, access, and security; supporting ERP, MES, email, file, and print systems; maintaining backups, patching, and disaster-recovery procedures; providing helpdesk support; onboarding new hires; and monitoring system health and uptime. The position requires an associate or bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science or equivalent experience, at least three years of systems administration experience, virtualization, identity management, scripting, troubleshooting, and on-site availability in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
