The role focuses on Windows client and server systems, Microsoft 365, networks, security, alert handling, issue resolution, documentation, and managed-service development. Candidates need an IT Systems Integration qualification or comparable training, Windows experience, Microsoft 365 knowledge, and network and security understanding; monitoring, patch management, RMM, PowerShell, and managed services are advantageous.
