The IT Systems Administrator / IT Systems Engineer supports and administers business-customer IT systems, providing first- and second-level troubleshooting and incident resolution. The role covers Windows Server and Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, networking, VLANs, routing, VPN, firewalls, switches, WLAN, VoIP, telephony, technical documentation, and support-team coordination. Candidates need a degree, vocational training, or several years of comparable IT experience, along with strong Windows, server, networking, TCP/IP, and security knowledge.
