Description
The IT Systems Analyst supports the Information Technology Division by analyzing, designing, developing, testing, and implementing administrative and academic information systems; maintaining and troubleshooting enterprise applications; participating in projects and implementation strategies; optimizing workflows and ERP capabilities; managing vendor relationships; and providing elevated IT Help Desk support. The role requires an associate degree in information technology or a related field and three years of progressively responsible experience in systems analysis, software engineering, software development, database or web application development, RDBMS, SQL, web development, and technology security. The position is 1.0 FTE, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., eligible for hybrid or flexible work, and must be performed in Wisconsin.
