Neolytix is hiring an entry-level IT Systems Analyst in Gurugram to administer workforce tools such as Dialpad and Hubstaff, manage user accounts and licenses, track tool adoption and compliance, monitor license costs, and produce Excel-based reports and dashboards. The role is fully onsite, requires a 5:00 PM–2:00 AM IST schedule five days per week, and is open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to one year of experience. A graduate degree, functional Excel skills, analytical ability, attention to detail, and strong English communication are required; prior SaaS administration, license-model knowledge, and reporting experience are preferred.
