Permian Resources is hiring an entry-level IT Systems Analyst in Midland, Texas to report to the IT Director and provide application support across E&P functional areas, including Land, Production Accounting, Facilities, and Production Operations. The role involves supporting designated systems, gathering requirements, building small-scale applications or automations, analyzing business processes, conducting root-cause analysis, coordinating vendor relationships, supporting upgrades and deployments, monitoring application metrics, and assisting with system configuration and change management. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, foundational E&P systems knowledge, and at least two years of related software or application support or business analysis experience.
