Description
The Business Analyst serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, developing migration and implementation plans, and recommending technology solutions. The role also performs quality assurance, including test planning and execution, validates system functionality, troubleshoots application incidents, provides first-level user support, and facilitates technology adoption. It requires a bachelor's degree in Information Technology or at least five years of relevant professional experience, along with analyst, requirements, stakeholder, testing, and IT project experience.
