EECU is hiring an IT Systems Analyst – Lending to support and optimize lending and financial-services technology solutions. The role partners with business stakeholders and technical teams on requirements, workflows, integrations, testing, upgrades, security, and system performance; it also recommends automation and modernization initiatives. The position is based in Fort Worth, Texas, with a hybrid schedule of up to three days per week at the corporate office. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least three years of experience with financial software and technology solutions are required, while lending-platform and financial-services experience is preferred.
