Description
The IT Systems Engineer will install, configure, and operate server, network, and security solutions; provide remote and onsite support for customer IT landscapes; handle second- and third-level Microsoft support; plan and implement infrastructure and digitalization projects; monitor systems; troubleshoot incidents; and manage tickets and documentation. The role requires IT training or practical experience, system-engineering experience, complex firewall and network-systems expertise, Windows Server/client and Microsoft 365 knowledge, and German and English communication skills. It is based in Vienna, the Vienna region, or Lower Austria/Zwetl, offers a gross annual salary starting from €56,000, and includes home-office options.
