Fullstory is hiring an IT Systems Engineer for a hybrid role requiring one day per week in the Atlanta office. The position owns identity, device management, collaboration platforms, and enterprise automation, including Okta Workflows, MacOS MDM, Atlassian tools, Python and Bash scripting, and AI tooling such as MCP connectors. Candidates need at least five years of IT systems engineering or administration experience, hands-on Okta and MacOS MDM experience, Atlassian administration experience, Python and Bash scripting ability, and real enterprise AI integration experience, along with a bachelor's degree in a related field. The base salary is $115,000–$125,000 USD, with a discretionary bonus of up to 10% of base salary.
