Description
The employer is seeking an IT Systems Engineer to implement and administer server, network, and security solutions for customers; provide remote and on-site support; handle second- and third-level technical requests in a Microsoft environment; plan and control IT projects; monitor and troubleshoot systems; and support helpdesk ticket handling and technical documentation. The role requires completed IT training, several years of system or network administration experience, firewall and network knowledge, strong Windows Server, Windows Client, and Microsoft 365 knowledge, and fluent German and English. The collective agreement minimum salary is EUR 3,954 gross per month for full-time work.
