Tri-City Group is hiring a full-time, mid-level Infrastructure Engineer in Davenport, Iowa. The role supports the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of servers, networking, virtualization, and cloud environments; provides advanced technical escalation and troubleshooting; plans infrastructure projects; coordinates with vendors; manages backups, disaster recovery, security, compliance, and change processes; documents configurations; mentors Tier 1 and Tier 2 staff; and develops automation opportunities. The position requires at least four years of IT infrastructure, system administration, or advanced technical support experience, along with knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, virtualization, networking, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and ITIL processes.
