SpaceXAI is hiring an IT Systems Engineer to build, deploy, and manage on-premises Microsoft Windows Server infrastructure, including Active Directory, VMware vSphere and Horizon Windows VDI environments, SQL Server-hosted virtual machines, scalable storage, and PowerShell automation. The role provides hands-on troubleshooting, performance optimization, documentation, vendor and engineering collaboration, compliance support, and participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation. Candidates need 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate Microsoft infrastructure, virtualization, Active Directory, SQL Server, storage, networking, and automation, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills. The position offers a base salary of $162,000 to $226,000 plus equity and medical, vision, and dental coverage.
