Description
The IT Systems Engineer will manage IT systems across planning, implementation, operation, optimization, and lifecycle support, including infrastructure, endpoint management, migrations, rollouts, VDI environments, security, compliance, and customer support. The role also supports presales technical evaluations, solution presentations, and ITSM platform adoption. Candidates need technical vocational training or a degree in computer science, initial professional experience with client and server and endpoint management, knowledge of Windows, Linux, macOS, Android, iOS, and management tools such as SCCM/MECM, Matrix42 Empirum, Altiris, or WorkspaceONE, along with scripting and automation experience.
