ibs gGmbH is hiring an experienced IT Systems Engineer / Security for its Central Services on a full-time basis. The role secures and develops the IT system architecture, designs hardware and software solutions, implements BSI-aligned information security measures, leads IT support, manages service providers, handles access and incident management, and supports digital transformation. The position requires an IT-related degree or vocational training, extensive infrastructure experience, knowledge of ISMS and Microsoft environments, project management knowledge, and very good German. ITIL, change management, design thinking, and BPMN 2.0 are desirable. The role is based in Bremen with mobile working options.
