Description
The IT Systems Generalist will provide Tier 2 and above technical support, administer Microsoft 365 and cloud and on-premises infrastructure, manage endpoints and servers, support backup and disaster recovery, troubleshoot networking and telephony systems, support restaurant POS and financial applications, and lead IT project implementations. The role is primarily office-based with regular visits to restaurant locations and remote work as applicable, and requires at least three years of Tier 2 or higher IT support experience.
