Description
The IT Systems House role operates, maintains, and develops IT infrastructure including servers, storage, networks, and virtualization; implements deployments and migrations; supports complex incidents; and collaborates with the Service Desk, business departments, and customers in a Microsoft environment. The position also covers documentation, process optimization, automation, and on-call duty. It requires completed IT training or a comparable qualification, several years of IT operations experience, strong Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, backup, monitoring, Microsoft Exchange, and network knowledge, along with German language skills. The role is based at the Bechtle IT Systems House in Karlsruhe/Offenburg or Ettlingen near Karlsruhe.
