Description
The role develops, implements, and trains temporary working tools and new systems such as CRM, optimizes and automates service processes, supports ERP users in Germany and abroad, and analyzes, documents, and solves IT-related problems. It requires computer science or technical-process training or an equivalent specialization, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics experience, key-user or similar IT knowledge, German and English skills, and flexibility to travel. The position is available immediately at Systemair’s Boxberg site in Baden, Germany, and offers mobile working and other employee benefits.
