DriveTime Family of Brands is hiring an IT Systems Operations Engineer to build an ITSM practice from the ground up in Freshservice. The role covers ITOM alerting, incident prioritization, integrations, asset and CMDB management, change and release governance, reporting, platform administration, and on-call support. Candidates need at least three years of ITSM platform administration experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and experience with asset management, CMDB, change management, release management, and integrations.
