Description
The IT Systems Specialist will operate and develop the organization’s Windows and Linux server, hardware, backup, and PKI infrastructure. Responsibilities include server provisioning and configuration, hardware lifecycle management, backup monitoring, certificate administration, documentation, and internal consulting. The role requires enterprise Microsoft and Linux administration, VMware and backup experience, ITIL or ISO/IEC 20000 knowledge, and regular on-call duty.
