Description
The IT Systems Support 2 role supports the Montana Department of Justice’s Justice Information Technology Services team by installing, maintaining, and training on microcomputer workstations in local and wide area networks, resolving hardware, communications, and multi-product integration issues, and providing technical support to end users and authorized agents. The position requires an associate degree in information technology or a related field, one to three years of network or computer systems support experience, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
