ITR Group is hiring an IT Support Specialist for a three-month contract-to-hire opportunity with 100% onsite work five days per week. The role provides hands-on user and desktop support, manages support tickets, supports Windows and Linux systems, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, endpoint security, vulnerability remediation, and infrastructure troubleshooting. The specialist will use PowerShell and Bash, document issues, escalate complex problems, and contribute to automation and process improvement. The position requires at least three years of relevant IT support experience, US citizenship or green-card eligibility, and offers approximately $35.00–$45.00 per billable hour.
