Description
The role leads an international IT team of 8–10 employees, providing professional and disciplinary leadership while administering hybrid Microsoft systems and networks, strengthening information security, developing IT processes and standards, coaching specialists, representing the team to business and international stakeholders, and managing IT projects and operations. The position requires hands-on hybrid IT infrastructure experience, leadership and team-development skills, operational IT experience, and strong communication; manufacturing or industrial experience and ERP knowledge are advantageous, while German skills are an advantage.
