Description
The IT Team Lead will provide professional leadership to three IT specialists while coordinating with an external service provider. The role manages an ITIL-based help desk, supports the hospital’s digitalization strategy, leads IT projects involving systems, technologies, budgets, and resources, coordinates with stakeholders, assesses IT topics, and manages data protection and security risks in healthcare. Candidates need vocational IT training or comparable qualification, initial professional experience in medical, business, or specialist IT, several years of IT infrastructure and project experience, and initial leadership experience.
