AstenJohnson is seeking an IT Team Leader – Application Development to lead a team of 7–10 software developers, manage a portfolio of concurrent business-critical application development projects from initiation through deployment, prioritize resources, partner with business stakeholders, and contribute to IT strategy and continuous improvement. The role is hybrid and requires extensive software engineering and leadership experience, a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
