Description
SCOR is hiring an IT Tech Lead to guide the development and deployment of scalable, cloud-native reinsurance systems for core functions such as Assumed Administration, Claims, Retrocession, and Facultative Underwriting. The role leads architecture and polyglot engineering across Java, .NET, Angular, and React; manages Azure, containerization, and CI/CD; integrates AI and intelligent automation; mentors engineers; and ensures compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements. The position is hybrid, with three days per week in an office and two days remotely, and offers relocation assistance within the United States.
