Description
The IT Analyst (II) serves as a business-facing technology partner for manufacturing and enterprise IT, translating operational needs into IT solutions and supporting SAP, digitalization, automation, analytics, IT service delivery, reporting, governance, and risk activities. The role partners with plant leadership, functional teams, IT managers, finance, and enterprise IT groups to analyze requirements, track value realization, improve service performance, and support measurable business outcomes. It requires 2–4 years of experience, a BA/BS in a relevant field, and strong analytical, communication, and ITIL skills; manufacturing, SAP, Microsoft 365, and endpoint-management exposure are preferred.
